Our VIP Day process is done within 1-2 weeks. We take 5-7 days to prep, and your design day all complete in 1 day.

Our custom website design package can range depending on each project, but minimum 20-30 days.

We are not only designing the front end of your website, but we also work on the developmental side which can take some added time if necessary.
As of right now, we work solely with Squarespace. Squarespace is the easiest-to-edit platform! Their drag & drop system makes editing so simple.
Squarespace pays for your first year of your domain when you purchase an ANNUAL subscription! Otherwise, you can purchase your domain via Squarespace as well as a third-party site for an additional price.
Your website design includes two rounds of revisions. You’ll get drafts of each page as we go, and you’ll have time to share your feedback and requests. If you want to make more changes after those two rounds or after the design process is over, we’re happy to help! We offer additional revisions at our hourly design rate.
Squarespace is designed to be user-friendly, so updating your site is simple and straightforward. After your site goes live, we’ll send you tutorial videos that walk you through how to make updates, swap photos, edit text, and manage your content. You’ll feel confident making changes on your own as your business grows.

I don’t use templates for our completely custom website design. We create everything from scratch, and customize all of our designs to match each brand’s desire aesthetic & brand identity.

If you choose a website template from our collection, that package uses a template based design.
As long as your current website is built on Squarespace, we can help! We have the option to work off your current website and make edits, that way you don’t have to start over completely.
Yes! We offer hourly design work for our past clients. Whether you need small updates or bigger changes, we can usually fit them in within 1 to 2 business weeks. Just email me anytime for additional support at justine@vargodesigns.com
Squarespace’s Core plan is required for your website hosting and costs approximately $275 annually. You can choose a monthly option as well. Domain registration fees are your responsibility, along with any custom fonts or plugins your design may require.

Then you’ll sign a contract and pay the 50% retainer to secure your spot, and the remaining balance is due at the start of the project. We’ll guide you through every step from there!
